Team includes up to 10 users for ongoing simulations, AI coaching, and targeted drills. Add Onboarding & Setup if you want us to build your starting configuration and train your managers. For 11+ seats or a multi-location organization, choose an Annual License. Start with a Team Readiness Assessment if you want to identify gaps before a broader rollout.

Team is $495 per month or $4,999 per year for up to 10 users. Annual billing is paid upfront and includes five support hours for onboarding and training. These hours are not included with monthly billing. All prices are in USD.

We build your starting business configuration, first rubrics and scenarios, and train your managers. The annual Team plan plus Onboarding & Setup totals $7,499, before any scoped add-ons. This setup service is separate from the five support hours included with the annual Team plan. Agent workflows, system integrations, and field recording requirements are scoped during setup, and add-on charges may apply.

If you already use an AI agent, we connect it to Simmie. If you don't have one, we help you set one up. During setup, we configure it to build simulations, use performance feedback to identify training needs, and coordinate practice at the intervals you choose. Team includes connections to ChatGPT or Claude; configured recurring workflows are scoped during setup.

Call Upload, supported notetakers, and field recording are available through add-ons and configured integrations. We scope your systems, recording tools, and agent instructions during setup. They are not automatically included in the base Team plan, and add-on charges may apply. Record and share conversations only with the appropriate permissions and consent.

For 11+ seats and multi-location organizations, the Annual License includes custom rubric building, certification tracking, multi-location dashboards, onboarding, setup, and premium support. Pricing starts at $7,500 per year and is based on seats and integrations. We confirm the scope and rollout requirements with your team.

The Team Readiness Assessment is a fixed-scope engagement over one quarter, with no seats to manage. Score your team against your standard and identify gaps by rep before deciding on a broader rollout. We agree on the team, scope, and engagement details with you before starting.
