Pro and Team plans also include the Simmie Builder Assistant. Team plans add team management, team analytics, a shared minutes pool, and shared simulations and personalities across your team.

AI Coaching is an autonomous coaching layer included in every plan. After each simulation, it analyzes your performance, identifies skill gaps, and delivers targeted coaching through interactive chat — things like post-sim debriefs, skill gap analysis, and personalized drill plans. It's coaching that runs without the coach.

Just a computer or mobile device with a browser and a microphone. Simmie runs entirely in your browser — there's nothing to download or install. A headset is recommended for the best voice simulation experience, but your device's built-in microphone works fine.
